Web Changes
Our web-based order-entry and tracking system is operational and ready
to serve you! If you already have an account with us, call Special
Dispatch at 317-787-0608 to choose a password and have your online account
activated.
- After you call and choose your password, you can get started by
clicking the Orders/Tracking link on the contents bar to the left.
- You can log in with your customer number and password to enter
pickup/delivery information, track your deliveries, and get POD
information and tracking numbers.
- If you have Internet access, you may find web order entry more
convenient than calling one of our CSR's. When you submit your order,
it will go directly into our order-tracking/dispatch system. Our
dispatchers will then select the best driver for the job and the
pertinent information will be sent to the driver's wireless phone.
- After you have called in or electronically submitted your order, you
might want to check its status and POD information. The pickup time,
delivery time, and signature name are all updated in our system within
seconds of the event. Our website will allow you to see this information
at your convenience. You can always call us if you prefer, or if you
need additional information.
